My Kid’s Chart is our patient portal. This is where you can find your child’s upcoming appointments, immunization records, visit summaries and more. More importantly, it provides a secure and fast way to contact our nurses and children's doctors in Portland about non-urgent questions. If you’re not signed up yet, just ask the next time you’re in the office and we will get you registered!

Urgent questions
and medical advice

Call the office at 503-255-3544. Press 5 or stay on the line to be transferred to the answering service. They will take your information and page the doctor on-call. Make sure your phone will accept calls from blocked numbers.

Please restrict after-hours calls to the doctor to truly urgent concerns. For all non-urgent medical questions, lab results or to schedule an appointment. Please send a message to our staff and we will respond when the office is open the following business day.

Cancelling an
upcoming appointment

Call the office at 503-255-3544 and press 3 to access the cancellation line. Leave the patient's name, date of birth and the date and time of the appointment you wish to cancel.
