COVID-19 Precautions
Call us on arrival if you have been exposed to Covid-19, tested positive for Covid-19 in the last 10 days, or have any of the following symptoms: cough, fever, sore throat, runny nose, frequent sneezing, headache, vomiting, diarrhea or loss of smell. We may need to direct you to a different entrance or reschedule the appointment.
At this time the only entry is through the main Pavilion entrance, which faces Main Street. Use the West elevators and come down one floor.
The west pavilion doors will be locked on all weekends & holidays. You should enter through the main hospital entrance on 100th & Market & follow the signs to the pavilion. Then take the west elevators to the LL. If you are instructed to meet our staff at the side entrance and you are unable to use the stairs or are using a stroller, please let us know and we will give you another option.
Please bring your current insurance card.
