Meet Our New Provider: Stephanie Oseguera, DNP, CPNP-AC/PC
We’re excited to welcome Stephanie Oseguera, DNP, CPNP-AC/PC to the East Portland Pediatric Clinic team! Stephanie is a dual-certified pediatric nurse practitioner who brings a compassionate, whole-child approach to caring for kids and teens here in Portland.
A Strong Oregon Background
Born and raised in Oregon, Stephanie earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice – Pediatric Nurse Practitioner degrees from Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU). Her career has spanned adolescent psychiatric care and pediatric acute care, giving her a well-rounded perspective on children’s health needs.
A Whole-Person Approach to Care
Stephanie believes every child deserves care that meets not only their physical health needs but also supports their emotional and developmental growth. Families will appreciate her patient-centered, compassionate style that focuses on education, advocacy, and partnership at every stage of development.

As a native Spanish speaker, Stephanie is especially passionate about improving health literacy and ensuring that all families feel informed and empowered. She makes it a priority to listen, guide, and collaborate—so parents and caregivers always feel confident in the care their child receives.
Outside the Clinic
When she’s not in the office, Stephanie enjoys baking, reading, and exploring Oregon’s beautiful outdoors with her loved ones.
