You are invited to participate in a FREE event that teaches easy ways to build resilience in your family.
We know that our children and our families face challenges big and small. Research has shown that these can have lasting health effects on our children’s developing brains and bodies. But there’s good news! There are multiple practical ways that we can make our children and our families (and even ourselves as parents!) more resilient. This is how we overcome challenges and become stronger.
This program was developed by the Children’s Health Foundation, child psychologist Dr. Amy Stoeber, and a team of local pediatricians (including our own Dr Matthieu).
What will I learn?
- An overview of the impact of trauma and stress
