Celebrating Over 20 Years of Warm Welcomes

At the end of August, our pediatric team in East Portland said goodbye to someone very special. Lynn, our lead receptionist and the friendly face so many of you see when you arrive, is retiring after 22 amazing years with our clinic.

Over the years, Lynn has answered countless phone calls, greeted patients, and helped make sure every visit runs smoothly. Many of you know her by name—and she knows yours, too. She sets the tone for each appointment with her warmth, patience, and kindness.

What Patients Will Notice

When Lynn retires, her absence will be felt by everyone. You might miss her familiar presence at the front desk or her friendly wave. While our front desk team remains committed to providing the same excellent service, Lynn’s unique blend of warmth, humor, and dedication will be deeply missed.
