In-Office Appointments

COVID-19 Update:

Getting to your appointment has changed during the COVID-19 pandemic. Please read the following safety measures.

To limit the number of people in the waiting room we are doing the check-in process over the phone. Call before entering the building and we will check you in and confirm an available exam room. You may enter through the main Pavilion entrance and go through the building's COVID screening. Once you arrive in the office you can pick up any paperwork you need at the front desk and we will direct you to your exam room.

At this time the only entry is through the main Pavilion entrance, which faces Main Street. Screeners will greet you and take your temperature. Then you can proceed to the West elevators and come down one floor.

The hospital has a strict visitor policy. At this time they allow two visitors for every patient.  Call us if you need to make special arrangements.

A surgical mask must be worn properly at all times while in the facility, even if you are vaccinated or in an exam room. Cloth masks are not allowed. If you don't have a surgical mask, we will provide one.

While masks are not required under age 5, they are recommended down to age 2. Let us know if there is a physical or developmental reason a mask can not be worn so we can arrange an accommodation.

Call before coming to your appointment if anyone in your household has been exposed to COVID-19 or has any symptoms of illness. We may need to direct you to a different entrance or reschedule the appointment.

Please bring your current insurance card.

Call to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance to avoid a missed appointment charge.

When your child is coming to an appointment and is sick or has had a COVID exposure, that appointment will be held in Suite 32, our Teen Clinic. Due to the building's screening procedures, we will bring you in a side entrance.

After checking in over the phone you will be directed to one of the two side entrances. These are located on the side of the building facing the open parking lot, and are accessible by stairs going down from the sidewalk. Go to the entrance that is closest to the hospital and we will meet you there.

If you are unable to to use the stairs or are using a stroller, please let us know and we will meet you at the breezeway entrance (between the back of our building and the hospital).

This side entrance is also where we will let you in for weekend appointments & where you will park for drive-by COVID testing appointments.
